HAGAKI / はがき

1991 I started out living in Tokyo. Due to a lack of a studio and space scarcity in general I began to create postcard size aquarells 10x15cm (4×6 inch) – Japanese ink, water color, pastel on paper. Some of them are abstract, some concrete, some are like caricatures, some tell stories, most of them are aphorisms, poems. Making them is pure fun and therefore I do some regularly until today – no matter where i am.
